It's 3 a.m. in the morning , and I am still awake. Damn insomnia, it's like that one parent that doesn't like a friend so they separate their child from that friend their child's. Oh how I miss the feeling of good sleep! I haven't felt that in months. I lay Wide Awake trying to fall asleep and dream beautiful dreams. When people ask me why can't you sleep at night? I always reply with the same thing , my brain doesn't like my friendship with sleep. So when I try to rest my head, My head goes and reminds me of everything that I need to do, it reminds me of the stresses that I had to go through that day , it makes me have anxiety , racing thoughts, paranoia , and much more. No matter what I do , I just can't sleep. I just want fall asleep comma and have a good night sleep.
